These protein shakes in both the chocolate and strawberry are very yummy. My husband enjoys them and so do my friends . The prices are also very reasonable.

Atkins 15g Protein shake is a good protein shake that I used for a post-op recovery which required a liquid diet. It was used in rotation with other protein shakes.

Perfect for on the go mornings. The flavor is one of the better on the market. Chocolate is one of my favs mainly bc the strawberry contains some extra dyes.

This is my most favorite low sugar protein drink. Great flavor! Only somewhat filling though as I usually get hungry about two hrs later. But it’s a great start to my day. I am a regular buyer.

I am not usually hungry in the morning. I take supplements that cannot be taken on an empty stomach. I find this works very well for me. It tastes wonderful and is satisfying.
