Atkins shakes have a higher protein to carbs ratio. I prefer Atkins to other brands due to my diabetes. And it tastes good and is filling.

DISLIKE: I haven't even tried these yet, but already they have 2 1/2 strikes!!! THERE ARE NO FINGER HOLES TO PICK THESE UP!!!
