are you talking shakes for a quick lunch or dinner or breakfast whichever one meal a day and I love them all the vanilla however it's got a little bit of a weird taste. if it was any of the other diet / protein shake brands I wouldn't think anything of it. Akins shakes are so good though that it surprised me a little. like I said if it was any other brand this would be a good shake but it's not in the same standard as Atkins usual phenomenal products.

I eat too much every day. And I have to control my glucose since my beta cells are mostly gone (no insulin, and no amylin to control hunger). So, I need something to help me control my weight and won't raise my blood glucose a lot. These are an okay substitute. 160 calories in each it says. The taste is acceptable, if a bit artificial-tasting on the tongue. They are kind of seemingly expensive, but not dramatically more than similar products. It has a combination of whey and soy proteins. So, you decide whether that is "healthy" or not. The packaging is somewhat pliable material that claims to be recyclable "mix board" (aka Tetra Pak paperboard?). I don't know if it really is recyclable. A claim is that the "plastic-looking" cap is made from sugar cane. Tearing a box apart, indeed it is mostly paper with some kind of foil lining. Possibly better than a plain old plastic bottle, so environmentally, maybe a little less guilt about convenience foods.

Definitely a game changer I've paired it with keto and and have dropped from December 2023 290/289lb to 266lb now in April so definitely works im doing vary light exercise but I do have thyroid trouble why I started but they work taste great and you can add small not so heavy calories to it or if u want a weight on shake use these and add carnation powder you'll get big fast on weight gain was 120 for a while after being really sick weight came back fast so now working on dropping it but shakes good ✨ def 5 star could do with more bulk variety flavors tho like throw out some bulk limited edition flavors or something.

My diet is virtually carb-free, I'm on the very low extreme end of keto at only 16 carbs per day, so each car really really has to count, I'm very picky about what I waste my carbs on and this shake is a staple for me every single day, it is definitely worth It's one net carb and it's very filling and keeps me from dealing with the stressful situation of having to fight the idea of cravings, how feeling and delicious this shake is makes it very easy to stick to my very low carb diet. and it's not like one of those shakes with low carbs and high protein that has that thick gritty taste, it tastes delicious and it's smooth and doesn't have that thick musky dark taste that most drinks that are high in protein have. Even my 14 and 11-year-old daughters love these and they will grab one as a snack sometimes instead of snacking on sugary junk! Can't say enough good things about this shake!

I like Atkins shakes and Walmart had the best price for them. However, they use Fedex to ship and I always have a dented or torn box. The shakes boxes were open and the package/bottles were about to come open but thankfully they didn't. From now on, whenever I shop on line I will ask if they use Fedex before I buy. I would say this happens 80% of the time with Fedex!

Seriously, I do like another brand more (one with a higher protein count and a flavor I like better). However, with that said, I chose this for the Vanilla Flavor and its protein count. When chilled, it makes for a decent breakfast protein drink before heading out for the day. Just wish there were more in the carton, since i do use this daily.

This shipment is the first time that I have had a damaged shipment. One of the drink boxes was dropped into the shipping box upside down and broke two of the drink containers causing them to leak out. I was able to salvage the other ten drink containers.

I started drinking these when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. because if the low carbs i swapped these for the cow milk. I only like the vanilla ones though. and now my 5 year old has been drinking these too. Doctor says it is perfectly fine........whats not fine is the price at almost $2 a carton???? Im going broke! lol this is way better taste than Premier ones. even though they are more inexpensive!

These shakes are thinner than the French Vanilla flavor which is good. You can just drink these right out of the little carton, no need to keep shaking them to get rid of the lumps like the french vanilla has. They're delicious and make a good lunch substitute when you're on the go!

First time trying these vanilla shakes and they are pretty good. They taste better if they're cold and the colder, the better. They do fill me up and provide a quick "meal" on the go. They are creamy as advertised. I feel like I'm drinking vanilla ice cream that has melted which isn't the worst thing! They are very sweet and leave a little after taste but not too bad. Overall I would recommend and I would purchase again.
