I will not use the pick up service at this store again. The pickers don't know how to shop without adding dented cans, which grow ecoli, or decent produce, and they never have the paper goods or hygiene products I order.

Atkins Vanilla Shake drink is great for bedtime. It does not have caffeine. It is perfect for that extra protein to make me sleepy. I think it tastes better refrigerated. Shake it well before you drink it.

I gave this to someone after I had bought it. It did not fill me up and although it was high in protein, did not keep me from getting hungry. I did not like the taste.

The flavor is just excellent with these shakes, it's really too bad that they don't seem to be available anymore! It's such an excellent product, what a shame!
