Makes a great coffee creamer. I don't normally drink the shakes plain but have occasionally have had it over ice.

better than getting several 4 pks and is very good to put in freezer before consuming and then you have more like a shake thats good for you.

Not only good as a diet shake but good for extra protein. The vanilla flavor one I also use to put my power beets powder mix in and it's really good.

Best flavor. I've tried the chocolate, caramel, and strawberry and this one is much better. I look forward to drinking it. Delicious.

Good flavor. Easy to grab for on the run meals when you dont have time for breakfast or lunch. Keeps me satisfied for a good 3 hours or so.
