Atkins helps me keep my weight down. Taste is great, price is reasonable, and it keeps well when in the frig. Catch it on sale if possible, and try all the flavors to see which ones you prefer.

The vanilla is really very tasty. Almost didn't get it based on my experience with other brands. I am diabetic and it is the perfect snack for if I am a bit hungry before bed.

Great tasting product but the ones I received did not contain the 5g of fiber as advertised. Product would have received 5-star rating except for deceptive advertising of contents.

I love the taste! And it's super easy to grab.. what u don't like is the “bio engineered food”, as well as the suralose. I would Pat more for better ingredients

My go to grab snack is Atkins Shakes. I like these because they have very little sugar in them. I've tried all the flavors, but I like the Creamy Vanilla one the best.

The vanilla flavor could be a lot better. I tried to turn it into a horchata-like shake with cinnamon and a few drops of almond extract. It's an improvement but not by much.

Very convenient for on-the-go. Tastes good and satisfies. Our family, who are all very athletic, carry this when they are out for a run. Boost of energy.

Great vanilla protein shakes. Too bad our local El Paso store (Pellicano) doesn't carry them anymore and they haven't for a long time. They do carry the chocolate flavor.

I drink this for weight control. Love the flavors. This item use to be $10.00 it's shame I'm being goughed. When I find it cheaper that's where I will buy it
