I have been on the keto diet for a while, and have been wondering since I been eating Atkins I have been not seeing results and even gaining weight. It turns out these bars have MALTITOL which spikes insulin levels. Maltitol has a relatively high glycemic index and can cause a lot of gastric distress. And it will kick you out of Ketosis. Sams Club should not allow them to list as Keto Friendly. Maltitol will spike your insulin levels. Google it!

These are a favorite with thise in our family watching their simple carbs. Indulgent like a decadent candy turtle. Well, almost, but close enough.

Maltitol is a CARB! This is not Keto and not for diabetics. Research Maltitol and see it's not much better than sugar. I'm really upset, we just bought and opened 4 boxes

U will not be disappointed with the taste of these!! No aftertaste and a decent size...little widerer than one Twix stick but same length. Caught on sale for $15.
