Very good flavor

Maltitol is the absolute WORST sugar alcohol! It's glycemic index is extremely high and will cause spikes, cravings, and slow/stall weight loss. Not sure why it's listed for diabetics or the keto diet. Wish they'd at least change the sugar alcohol to sucralose or erythritol. They are however, absolutely delicious.
