I've honestly never been so excited to use a coffee maker each morning. I love how you can have single serve cups of coffee using whatever ground coffee you want, without buying k-cups. This way, I'm able to make the coffee as strong as I want. It is very easy to use, and I strongly recommend it. I love it so much, I bought one for my parents too.

So far so good. I've had this coffeemaker for almost 2 weeks now and frankly, my coffee tastes better than it has in years. It's fairly easy to clean, set up and use. I have not tried all of the functions yet (over ice and frothed milk are still waiting in the wings) but the single serve specialty coffee and half pots work great! The only issue I've run into so far is that I'm used to cup measures on the side of a carafe, and this one doesn't have that. It does have single, travel, half and full pot measures that I've learned to 'translate' to cups. That, and the carafe itself has a fairly narrow neck, making it a little more difficult to clean (my hand is just too big to fit). But I'm pleased with this item so far. Ninja includes a little recipe book for specialty coffee and a scoop that snaps onto the side of the machine. This is a small thing that makes a big difference to me, as I've lost coffee scoops in the past and it's aggravating. This eliminates that problem altogether. The Ninja, against expectations due to its name, beeps when it's done brewing. The coffee is hot, but not peel-the-skin-off-your-tongue hot, and never tastes burnt (ick). The flavor is richer as well which is an unexpected bonus - even the 'cheap' coffee I've used tastes enormously better (yay!). The Ninja is a good-looking machine and surprisingly compact - takes up less counterspace than the machine it replaced. This is a nice-to-have for a countertop machine. Other reviews I've read indicated some issues with this machine, but I purchased the warranty offered by Sam's and feel pretty secure. The price was exceptional. Overall I'd recommend it.

Excellent coffee maker. We ordered this when I was pregnant and it arrived while we were at the hospital having the baby. Perfect for life with a newborn. Single cup setting makes excellent coffee and is so convenient. We aren’t fans of keurigs due to the taste of k-cups along with the environmental impact. This is much better and would 100% recommend.

Happy with my purchase. Read a lot of reviews that were negative but, so far, we have had no problems. Keeps the coffee hot and taste great. The only small issue would be a learning curve with measurement of coffee grounds to water. Not a deal breaker though.

This is perfect for my needs. It doesn't take up too much space and has good recipes online. I have made different hot and cold coffees (ninjaccinos, cold coffee, lattes) for my kids and they all have been very pleased with the drinks. I'm very happy with the frother, too.

Overall my husband and I are very pleased with this coffee maker, which also allows one to prepare specialty drinks. It doesn't steam, so you have to heat milk up in the microwave and then use the attached frother. The frother is a nice feature though. The only thing I don't like about it is that the carafe is too narrow to fit my hand through to clean it properly. And I have small hands! While cleaning, I have to place a soapy washcloth into the carafe and swirl it around with another utensil (like a wooden spoon) to get it clean. Haha!

This is exactly what we needed. With 2-4 coffee drinkers in our house, depending on the day, this fits our needs wonderfully. While we were enamored but the extra options; frothier, mug holder, programmed starts - we just use the basic options. Even at that, the price was right and works wonderfully. We appreciate the fact it includes a permanent yet washable filter, settings for Classic and Rich coffee, and the various volume settings - though, we’ve only used the half carafe setting once. While I wasn’t sure about the glass carafe - our former set had a stainless steel carafe - I’ve adjusted and started to enjoy being able to see how much coffee is left versus guessing. I’ve proven I really can have a glass carafe and not break it - yet!

Nice alternative to Keurig that also brews individial servings. Milk frother works well, just need to pre-heat milk in most instances. Have noticed small amount of "sediment" that gets through the reusable filter but have not yet tried adding a paper filter to catch it. Also wish the 10 cup, 50 ounce carafe was larger (we drink a lot of coffee!). Overall, good coffee maker and would give qualified recommendation due to carafe size.

Had it a few weeks! It replaced a keurig. We have loved it so far. Took a minute to get use to it. People find keurig convenient. I really do not find using the Ninja less convenient. It definitely is cheaper to use. In the end we love this coffee maker.

I am loving this purchase. I was nervous when folks were discussing some of the problems with the grounds and otherwise. I have not had any noticeable problems! I am not a heavy coffee drinker so I will brew a full carafe on sunday and drink it throughout the work week!
