We used it once and thought it was amazing the second time around we’re getting an add water message when the reservoir is obviously full. Have tried multiple fixes nothing works

This is my second ninja. They make the best coffee from light to rich which is how we like it and it uses less coffee to make it. Better than Keurig for sure. ❤️

I love this coffeemaker. There is only one problem in my view. It has a milk frothed but you have to heat the milk prior to frothing. I’m used to the coffeemaker doing it all.

This is our 2nd Ninja! I love them! We don’t use k cups…we use a small filter (optional) for each cup of coffee and I use regular grounds. On the weekends, we brew a carafe so there are multiple cups. It works great and I have zero complaints!

I bought this machine 2 1/2 years ago worked fine, and then after cleaning it as recommended this last time, it just beeps 5 times and stops brewing coffee. It also leaks everywhere . For the amount of money spent it's not worth it.

I bought this coffee machine few months ago and since then I have not enjoyed hot/warm coffee it gets cold quickly and the keep warm feature isn’t effective.

Used it once and left the water tank in place went to refill the water went back in the kitchen water was everywhere tried to refill it again same thing happened again

I loved the taste of the coffee, but started leaking out of the bottom within a few days. Going to Sams to exchange for another one. If it happens again, I will return it and try another brand.

Worked good for little while except for cleaning. Had to do at least 3 times to clean. Now have to hit brew 5 or 6 times just to get a small cup of coffee

Lots to like about this unit. Most importantly, the coffee is piping hot when it brews. The water reservoir is nice and a nice perk. Ability to brew different cup sizes is a plus.
