This is the BEST coffee maker ever!!!! The coffee is always perfect and the specialty coffees are better than a barista’s! Easy to use and so happy with it that I bought 2 so I’m never without it!

I normally drink iced coffee, and on occasions espressos or hot coffee. But this machine does EVERYTHING! I love this coffee maker! Very straight forward and the built-in frother is a very nice bonus!

The unit releases a significant amount of steam. If you plan on putting this on a counter top underneath a shelf (most kitchens), move on. You will eventually damage your shelf with heat and water damage.

I’m used to a one cup at a time simple coffee maker. I’ve only used the regular classic cup feature but somehow the coffee taste a little more rich. My adult son even noticed a better tasting coffee. Simple enough.

Does NOT make good tasting coffee.. A pain to clean the carafe as it has only a small opening so if you don't have a sponge on a handle you're out of luck. Going to return it and buy a BUNN.

We just bought this in March. It started making lots of noise while brewing and causing a lot of steam. Finally about 5 days ago it just quit!! It will not do anything. Waste of money. This unit cost way too much to stop working in 7 months!! I have had ther ninja products that I'm pleased with but not this coffee maker!!

I recently purchased this coffee maker to replace the Keurig maker that I have at home. Multi members of the family enjoy coffee and was going through too many pods and not getting the taste desired. This coffee pot makes everything you could possible want in a coffee shop. From a single serve cup of regular to a full pot. The cold brew option is phenomenal. The taste is amazing. My daughter, and exbarista, has made many specialty drinks, using the fold away frother. All members of the family have commented on how much better the coffee taste than from the Keurig. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MY PUCHASE!!!

After a great deal of research I purchased this coffee maker. I am not one to take time to write reviews but this product is worth it. It really does brew a great cup of coffee. I use the make ahead setting and wake every morning to a great cup of coffee. If you are looking to replace your current coffee maker this is a great choice. A bit pricy but if you drink coffee everyday you will recover the cost quickly if you avoid coffee shops.

I love love this coffee maker. I’ve used the Keurig for years and have been through 4 of them always messing up and having to buy a new one. The coffee was always bitter to me.
