We really enjoy the many options this coffee maker offers. We have made many new types of coffee and find it easy to use and it works well. I would highly recommend it.

Worked good for little while except for cleaning. Had to do at least 3 times to clean. Now have to hit brew 5 or 6 times just to get a small cup of coffee

Does NOT make good tasting coffee.. A pain to clean the carafe as it has only a small opening so if you don't have a sponge on a handle you're out of luck. Going to return it and buy a BUNN.

I loved the taste of the coffee, but started leaking out of the bottom within a few days. Going to Sams to exchange for another one. If it happens again, I will return it and try another brand.

Easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee with no bitterness.
