Great Gift

I gave this to my husband as a gift to replace our Oster blender. I’m glad it was a gift that stayed in my house. Love the multiple containers to blend just what I need. The suction feet were a surprise and very appreciated.

pleasantly surprised

The power and performance of this blender system is amazing !! My only recommendation would be to have 2 smoothie cups instead of one. I would have been willing to pay the extra cost.

Bad for smoothies

This is based on using the pitcher for group smoothies. If you just add powder to juice, this is fine. If you like your smoothies chunky, this is fine. If you want them smooth, move on to something else. We have gone through three Nutribullet blenders and they are smooth. We wear them out. We use them every day. We opted for this one due to good reviews. Wish we wouldn't have. We make real fruit smoothies and they are packed. Lots of fruit and veggies. Apple peels are prevalent. Oatmeal is gritty. Pulp is very apparent. We have tried to puree first and it helps, but not a lot. I think the problem is the blade and pitcher design. The corners of the pitcher are squared off and I can see food hanging out in the corners without being drawn down. Nutribullet is rounded and everything is drawn down. Also, the Total Crushing Blades are not all at the bottom like a chopping blade so food gets missed and does not chop make good smoothies. Nutri bullet blades are choppers and at the bottom. Apples to apples. Same exact ingredients. Nutribullet is smooth. Ninja is not. We have household members that don't want smoothies anymore because of this. We like the food processor bowl. Single smoothies in the the single service blender is fine. It's rounded and uses a chopping blade. For groups smoothies, don't buy this.

Not lefty friendly

Was so excited to get this home. Haven’t really had a chance to use it yet, but while unboxing I noticed that the handle locks only on the right side, and everything is very handed in how it is set up. My husband and I, along with a couple kids, are all left-handed. This will be quite obnoxious.

Pizza Dough & Cookies

I love that you can make your own pizza dough and cookie dough with dough blade! Google it!

No dough button.

Works well, but it comes with a dough hook but no dough button. You can still make the dough just use low speed.
