Excellent product!

I've only used the blender option so far and it makes good smoothies. I tried to use the food processor attachment today and it won't even work. The power turns on and the cup options just blink. I've checked to see if it was properly attached and it was locked in place. I checked to see if the other pieces work and they do.

The blender functions as do the accessories. However this is a specialized version produced for Sam's and other retailers and does not have the support from Ninja for accessories. You cannot buy direct replacement blender cups for example. The "fresh vac" cups for the CT672AV might work, but you should be able to get standard cups.

Bought last week and found found Stress cracks at the bottom of both jars. It appeared the bottom nut where the gear drive is was tighten to tight and the plastic cracked. I am returning them for replacement and hope the other one is not like what i saw

I previously had a high end Oster blender that just wasn't blending my frozen things well. But I bought this blender and fell in love!! Works flawlessly for the last 6 months. I mainly use to make smoothies and to puree veggies to freeze. I do wish there was option to purchase another cup.

Returned it because of two hairline cracks at base of the blender jar. Bought the same make and model. Same two hairline cracks and this one also had several scratches. Very disappointed that I have to yet again return it at this price point I would expect better quality control. This was batch 30 on both.
