I bought a similar Ninja Item in 2016, within a couple of month Motor Base broke, I called their warranty department at 1-877-646-5288 they told me to ship the Motor Base to them at my expense, I shipped it and paid them for the return shipping. I was emailing back and forth with them only to get response from support@sharkninjahelp.zendesk.com several times saying: I looked into your order, and the order is still on back order. There is no confirmed date to when the stock will arrive. It has been two years since I requested the broken part, which I am not even sure I need, yesterday I got response that they want me to locate the tracking number of me shipping the motor to them. . .

I love this. Super easy to use, Clean, not as easy to put away with the bulkiness, but other then that is Awesome.

I bought one for myself, and one for my daughter a month later. Great for smoothies, sauces ... and we haven't yet discovered all the opportunities!

I bought this on Sam's one day only sale day. I love how big it is. Suctions to the counter and has easy release buttons. Blades are super sharp.

Works as it says, lots of power. Just wish wasn't so loud (i even have a hearing deficit and it is still loud.)

We really love the smoothie cups and clean up is a breeze!! The blender and good processor also work great.

Haven't used yet but sure it's great...however the website description said 1500 watts and the box clearly says 1200.

I can do just about anything but cook with my ninja kitchen system. I have had ninja blenders for many years, but this one is the best.
