I cannot wait until bed time now! I have had a few different toppers over the last few years and this is definitely my favorite. I was worried at first due to the reviews from people saying that it gets too hot but I think that might be due to the type of sheets that they are using. I normally get warm at night but that hasn't been an issue with this topper at all. We had gotten a new Serta King Size mattress that was supposed to be pillow top but wasn't as soft as we wanted so we purchased this and we have had it for 6 months now. No body aches and I love that you don't feel all the movement from the other side of the bed. Bought another one for my spare room.

The new bed we purchased 6 months ago, is just right for me and to firm for the wife. We are always in Sams Club and noticed this Seta Matters Toper. We have a king size bed and purchased this one. It fit exactly right and we BOTH had a wonderful night rest. The king size was $ 179.00 and worth it. I would recommend buying.

I have always had pressure point pain sleeping on any mattress. With this topper, I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I never move all night long (I used to change position hourly). It is so good, I'm buying my elderly mom one this week. I definitely recommend this mattress topper!

I thought this was a 4” mattress topper. 3” of memory phone and 1” of pillow topper. FYI It IS NOT. It’s a 3” mattress and a separate mattress pad. It is not one piece. I guess they are considering the mattress pad the “pillow top” but it’s just a basic mattress pad. There is nothing extra soft, fluffy, firm, or thick about it.

But then I did my research. I see a lot of people complaining on various mattress toppers - saying they are too hard or too soft or smell. Ironically, the smelly ones were designed with green tea oil in them and of course smell odd, or more than likely they did not take the time to air out the topper. As for soft or firm? It's really ironic that the same mattress topper can feel firm to one person and soft to another - so I finally decided to go out and do some reading. The type of material matters, (and how it smells) the density matters, and so does the thickness. As far as 1 and 2 inches they are barely sufficient. You might find a 2 inch topper with a 6 lb density ok, but that's about it. You need to start with 3 inches - and prefered is 4 inches. The higher the density the firmer the topper. This one is a 3lb density - so not too firm and with the 3 inches, and the added 1 inch pillow top - it's going to feel very soft but just enough support to keep you from sinking all the way down to the old mattress that was giving you grief before. For me this was perfect. After letting it air out 24 hours, I took the most blessed nap on it, lying on my right hip where the bursitis is really bad. No pain what-so-ever. And the bursitis is the main reason why I was looking for this. You might have a bad back - or just hate sleeping on "concrete" if so you would want to choose your topper according to those needs. All I can say is if you don't do your research - you should be ashamed to leave a bad review on a product that gave you what it said it would give you. Just because it wasn't what you wanted - the review should not reflect your taste - rather did the topper meet the description and specifications and was it what you needed?

Just received 4 (King, Queen, and 2 full). All are bright white except the queen which is yellowed and dingy. Contacted Sam's through chat and was told I needed to contact Serta. I contacted Serta and was told no they can't help me, I needed to contact Sam's.

When I unwrapped my new topper, it had a tear in the foam. Serta allowed the damaged topper to be wrapped and boxed for sale. Because of the 3 hr round trip to return the topper, I will use until the tear expands to the point of trashing it. Very disappointed.

My current mattress is a memory foam...when I sit on the edge of the bed the memory foam stays indented so when I lay down I feel like I'm going to roll off the bed. My son bought a memory foam pillow top and loves it. I layed on his be and it was firm and I liked the pillow top. So I bought the queen size memory foam pillow top for $171 and don't like it. It's just more memory foam.

We originally had one of these in a king size and liked it so much I just bought two more for our queen beds. My nose is very sensitive and there was no smell out of the box. It inflated immediately. ***Tip Once you put the pillowtop on you need to pinch the top of the pillow top and pull it away from the memory foam. Kind of pop it up and down all over the bed. This will help fluff the pillow top
