We like this mattress topper. No issues whatsoever; unpacked easily, no odor, fits nicely, good quality, doesn't make us too warm, good value for the price. From online purchase to sleeping on it .... simple and easy.

Worst thing about this topper is my husband and I don’t want to get out of bed. Very comfortable. Best sleep we have had in years. Definitely recommend.

This topper has been great but calling it 4 inches would be a bit deceiving it's really 3 inches and a thicker mattress pad that goes on top of it. Overall ir's nice and has been great.

I bought myself the serta pillow top for Mothers Day 2017. I love it, and look forward to going to bed or just getting in bed, sleeps wonderful. The only thing is that it's very hot, holds heat, need the fan and air turned down. Overall I love it...
