Bought this to replace an older memory foam mattress topper. This one is much more comfortable possibly because of the additional 1 inch mattress cover. As mentioned it does need to lay out for several days to release the chemical smell. Would recommend it to someone who like a cushiony, soft bed.

Quality made soft thick comfortable. This mattress topper is exactly what we were looking for and what we needed to restore the comfort of our bed. I recommend the quality and comfort of this mattress topper to anyone. However there is one downside the product releases a strong chemical smell that is not so noticeable at a distance but when laying down can be very uncomfortable. We've had this mattress topper for about 2 weeks now and love it however that chemical smell is greatly reduced but still there. I can only assume as time goes by this chemical smell will fade away? Originally considered returning it right away due to the smell of the production materials however gave it some time and here 2 weeks later it's tolerable.

my mom raved about how good this is. but for me I can't sleep on this, its way too soft it does not fit my bed right, poor job on cutting the foam. I would not recommend to anyone, as I wish I could get my money back and or return. but there is no return policy

I purchased this topper for a queen size bed in our guest room. The fit is perfect. There was no odor when I opened the foam layer. I noticed on some of the toppers people stated there was an odor, this mattress topper has none. You can put it on in the afternoon and have guest that evening and they will not smell any odors. I would purchase this product again if I need another topper.

My husband and I bought one to put on our SleepNumber bed instead of paying for their pillowtop option. This was such a good choice. We have had this topper for 2 years and it is just as soft as when we got it. We recently purchased a second one for our daughter’s bed. She is sleeping better and loving hers too.

Exactly what I was hoping for. Purchased this for a bed in my guest room that is used mostly by me. The mattress on the bed is so basic but since it is used so infrequently I was hoping not to replace it. This topper is so comfortable and truly makes the mattress feel new. This is the perfect mattress topper for an air mattress. Adds a good bit of height and gives the air mattress some cushion. I’ve used it on both an air mattress (loved it) and on top of my regular mattress (not a fan). The foam gets very warm while sleeping when used on regular mattress. It’s comfy but almost too much cushion when used on a regular mattress. If you love a soft squishy bed, highly recommend! If you prefer some firmness, pass on this item.

This mattress topper was the perfect solution for us. We had a different one that was due up for replacement that was 2" of memory foam glued to 2" of regular foam. The 2 layers had separated and would wrinkle under us and slide around on top of the mattress. This new Serta one, being 4" of just memory foam, does not wrinkle, and is not slipping on top of the mattress. My husband is sleeping so much better. Some have asked if it was really soft and would you sink down in, but I do not find that to be the case. I can turn over easily and don't wake with sore hips or shoulders like I do on just a regular mattress. Well worth the investment and brings new life to your mattress.
