Yes, The memory foam did smell, but frankly not so much that it couldn't have gone on the bed straight out of the box. Left it unrolled to air out 2 nights--no odor issue at all. Easy to put on the bed, plenty of fabric to go under the mattress, and more importantly, very comfortable

Has trouble with back sleeping on a traditional mattress and after reading reviews selected this. There IS a smell with the pad as with all of them but we started using it the first day and can heartily recommend it to anybody one. Price is better at Sam’s as I expected. So far it is working out great!

Exactly what I was hoping for. Purchased this for a bed in my guest room that is used mostly by me. The mattress on the bed is so basic but since it is used so infrequently I was hoping not to replace it. This topper is so comfortable and truly makes the mattress feel new. I was skeptical about this product at first, so many of them have fallin short of expectations . I wanted a mattress topper that wouldn't go flat after a nights sleep and have to be re- fluffed for comfort. I am absolutely excited about this product, not only does it not go flat after use , but it is so comfy soft and springs back to it's original shape. I can't wait to crawl back into bed because I know I'm going to get a great nights sleep. love, love, love this product.

I bought this a few weeks ago and after 3 weeks of sleeping on it, I am happy I purchased this topper. I need a supportive (firm) mattress for my back and for my husband's back. However since we also sleep on our side, we needed something with "give". With the topper on top of our firm innerspring mattress, we get the best of both supportive and comfort.

I received this as a Christmas present and just love it. We loved it so much , we got one for a family member. It does make your bed higher so if you have fury family members, it might be a little harder for them to get on. My husband is going to make us some steps. It does take some time getting use to. When you get in, you sink into a cloud and it feels sooo good . Moving takes a little effort but the comfort is so worth keeping.

I bought the topper as a gift for my daughter. She is a college student at Michigan and complained her mattress was uncomfortable. She Loves the topper and raves about the comfort of her "new" mattress. She now sleeps great. So glad the product helped transform her bed.

my mom raved about how good this is. but for me I can't sleep on this, its way too soft it does not fit my bed right, poor job on cutting the foam. I would not recommend to anyone, as I wish I could get my money back and or return. but there is no return policy

We purchased this prior to a 10 day vacation trip to put on our queen matress in our camper. I read all the reviews prior to purchasing. A lot of people complained about the odor. First of all.....YOU CAN NOT use this immediately after purchasing. My husband and I rolled it out on top of our queen size bed in our guest room. I opened the window ( the Smell is Strong) and shut the door. I left it to air out for 4 days. Smell totally GONE!! We put it on the mattress in our camper and slept on it the entire 10 days we were on vacation. Made a BIG difference in the comfort of the mattress and so much cheaper than buying a new mattress ( our camper is new). Some people had complaints of getting too hot while sleeping on it. We did not experience that. Would definitely purchase again. I'm thinking of getting one for the mattress in our guest bedroom. I purchased this while it was on sale, so that made it even better.
