This mattress topper is quite thick and will cradle you as you sleep. As someone who was always used to a firm top, it was a pleasant change. The mattress topper is true to size and will extend the height of your mattress so make sure to account for it with your sheets. Great purchase!

I really enjoyed our Sert 4 inch pillow top for our KING size bed, however the one we purchased months later for our queen size guest room bed does not have the same 'securing' cover over the mattress. So, it shifts a lot. Not a HUGE deal, but would help if the company made it the same as they do the King-size version... Otherwise, the topper made our sleep SO comfortable for our king size bed and better for the queen. I would give the comfort level a 5 star rating.

I have been sleeping on this mattress topper for about a month now and I must say I'm impressed. It has made my bed quite comfortable and the quality of my sleep has improved significantly. It has not eliminated all my aches and pains and it hasn't cured the arthritis in this 70 year old body, but it allows me to get comfortable enough to be able to stay asleep longer. I recommend this topper highly.

I didn't realize how hard our guest bed was until we were forced to sleep on it while remodeling our master bedroom. After a terrible night's sleep I decided our guests deserved better, but I didn't want to spend several hundred dollars to replace the whole mattress that is only slept on a few times a year, so I shopped for toppers. This one had several excellent reviews so I thought I'd give it a go and I was not disappointed! Others mentioned a bad odor, but the one I bought had absolutely NO odor straight from the box. It unfurled nicely and best of all, our first guests to try it out (my son and his wife) said it was wonderful to sleep on and solved the hard mattress issue beautifully.

The actual pad & quilted topper are great! I’d give that 5 stars! However the mattress cover isn’t like a fitted sheet. You actually put your mattress in it. It did NOT fit. We got it most of the way on & were able to zip 3 sides. I KNOW I ordered the correct size but this cover was way too small. It’s says it will fit a mattress up to 17 inches. My son’s mattress plus the pad are only 12 inches but it still doesn’t fit. That part gets a 1 star!

I ordered this to see if it would help with my body aches and pains and it does. It took a couple nights to get used to because it’s so cushione. My mattress is firm and this makes me feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud. I don’t turn back and forth all night like I used to because of hip and back discomfort. The foam is USA made and earth friendly materials. I would recommend it. It came in two days and I thought at first I had the wrong one because it was in a plain cardboard box. On the packaging however it said Serta. Also take your time spreading it out. It takes about a 1/2 hour to fully straighten out. Love it

Hi, received my Serta 4' pillow-top and Memory Foam Mattress Topper. My purchase came on time, it was easy to open and place on my bed to air out. The smell was overpowering, had to air out a few days, never knew my nose was so sensitive, my family members really didn't notice the smell. After a week I was able to sleep on my topper and it was fantastic!! I have had the best sleep ever, my back used to hurt and my sciatica bothered me. I'm not saying that I am not in pain any longer, just that I can now tolerate it enough to sleep through the night. It is very comfortable and feel very spoiled now. I gave my rating as a 4, would have been a five except for the smell. Very happy in Lafayette IN

Quality made soft thick comfortable. This mattress topper is exactly what we were looking for and what we needed to restore the comfort of our bed. I recommend the quality and comfort of this mattress topper to anyone. However there is one downside the product releases a strong chemical smell that is not so noticeable at a distance but when laying down can be very uncomfortable. We've had this mattress topper for about 2 weeks now and love it however that chemical smell is greatly reduced but still there. I can only assume as time goes by this chemical smell will fade away? Originally considered returning it right away due to the smell of the production materials however gave it some time and here 2 weeks later it's tolerable.

Comfy. Purchased for spare room. Wanted our guests aka: family to be comfortable. We tried it out and it really is comfy. Less expensive than getting a high end mattress for just an occasional guest. Maybe once or twice a year. So it saved us money and provides extra comfort. We looked around quite a bit before deciding. I wonder if they would consider making a short Queen for our RV?? Just a thought’

I bought two of these for my twin boys. We were pleasantly surprised at the plushness and added comfort they provided. Just note, regular sheets will not fit over it AND the mattress; additionally, without anything stabilizing it like straps, it can "travel" across the mattress in the night. Overall, my boys are resting much better, and the pads are extending the lives of their current mattresses.
