I Love this topper. I tried the 4in Gel Memory Foam 1st & was not satisfied so I got this one. It is the BEST Ever. I have Fibromyalgia, Back & Neck Issues, Sciatica & Bursitis so a full night sleep had been non existent. My 1st night on this Cloud I slept All Night.

The foam smelled really strong when we got it. Then a month & half started shredding it was all over my mattress and floor when I went to flip it over. We had a Serta 2inch foam mattress for 12 years never any issue! Very disappointed but Sams right away gave a refund for this.

Bought this is the Twin XL size. When it arrived, it all appeared very generic. I bought this item in store in K and Q. Those were labeled with Serta with color pics, etc. This had no Serta label except for a matrix-printed white paper enclosed. The ad states it is four inches. After 48 hours expansion, it is barely 2 inches. I would assume this was a knock-off, or a return from which buyer substituting a different (inferior) item than they purchased. There are reviews here stating it was 3 inches but buyers seemed ok with that. I would expect four, as listed. Not three but definitely not two.

We have used this for a month now and although it adds a lot of height, and I have to buy all new sheets, I do like it. It does feel as if it is crushing more in the middle and on the side my boyfriend sleeps. I will be measuring crush depth soon. Customer service is easily accessible and promote with replies. The mattress pad included is nice but not as padded as I expected.

Its actually pretty good. Im happy I bought it. I have my grandmother's handmade really thick and heavy quilt on top of the topper but it has made such a difference. Because of the added topper i dont have any more pain. Its thick and heavy and white and clean and cool. I pretty much love it. I was in the market to get a whole new mattress and i needed to wait a few months before getting the mattress so this was a perfect addition to my current old worn out mattress. Ill still get a new mattress in a few months but so far its been a few weeks and its still holding up greatly. Im very satisfied. Thank you

I purchased this topper back on 11/9 and has had nothing but aggravation dealing with the fact that it slides like crazy. However, it does provide a level of comfort to the quality of sleep that I get but when you have a problem with bulging discs, and you have to deal with adjusting the topper on a daily basis it is painful. it does have the nonslip backing but it does not work at all. Please advise.

So far, we are satisfied with this topper and hope that it lasts for a good while..Must say that is was difficult to get the mattress protector onto the foam topper..Instructions were vague on how to do this....Our topper is a king size and somewhat hard to handle it. I decided to place the mattress protector upside down on our bed and then we placed the topper onto it ...then zipped the whole cover...

We previously purchased this item, and loved it. Decided to get one for our daughter, and the item received showed up without the original packaging, and it appears to be urine stained. Customer service was horrible. Canceling our membership after this experience.

We have this topper on 2 beds in our house already & love them…Both were purchased in store & are fine. We just purchased one online & had it shipped to our house for a gift to give my daughter. It arrived today & looks like it’s a return just thrown in a cardboard box, not the normal serta blue box you get if you were to purchase in store. Buyer beware! I would not gift something that is packaged the way this was. So disappointed….I will be returning.

About 6months ago we upgraded our queen size bed to a king… Due to the new bed being a little firmer than I like, I decided to purchase a mattress topper… After researching toppers, reading through multiple reviews, and loving my previous Serta topper I decided to purchase this Topper at our local Sam’s… 1) the topper does not stay in place and has to be readjusted every morning… 2)something in the material makes it extremely hot to sleep on. For example if your back is on the topper, your back will be sweating while your front will be cool. 3) If someone else is in the bed (husband or child) it causes you to roll towards the heaviest person.
