Instant caffeine boost. Definitely has a lot of sugar but helps when i am driving long distances. The can looks great and definitely a staple on long journeys.

Not a real energy drink person but I have tried these on occasion. They have a crisp taste with not too bad of an after taste. They do give you some energy which is nice!
