Just about the right size and caffeine content (80 mg) to keep me feeling awake on busy days, without feeling too restless. I love the flavor of this, I'd almost describe it as a berry flavor, though I dont know if thats what they were going for. I also enjoy that its only 8.4 ounces, making it easy to grab and drink quickly when on the run.

It is a perfect size to get you through a long day at work. The only thing I didn't like was the aftertaste. But working 11 hour days this doesn't make you crash when you wears off. I would buy it.
