The caffeine might be enough for someone who doesn't have ADHD like I do, but for someone with adhd or someone who drinks caffeine regularly, the energy boost will not be enough.

It's not too overwhelming. I love that the sugar content is a bit low compared to other energy drinks so you won't have a huge sugar crush. it works pretty quickly and lasts a while, but I can still get a good nights rest cause it doesn't disturb my sleep.
