The brand never disappoints and always gives me the energy boost that I need. I do feel like I crash after about 4 hours which is about lunch time for me. Doesn’t have a bad after taste either. I do appreciate the amount of vitamins included in the can but it is pretty high in the sugars so I don’t think it is quite worth it on a health standpoint. There are better sources of caffeine.
