Tastes great, I used as a mixer and at a great price better to get the 4 pack. It gave me more energy but then afterwards felt tired. I would recommend but not too often.

I have tried a drink of the Red Bull energy drink. Now one drink isn't enough to know if it gives you energy, but it is enough to know that I can't stand the taste.
