It helps improve my focus and keeps me feeling alert when I need the extra energy. It really gets me through my after lunch slump. Its also a great value because one smaller can gives me the boost to stay productive. Its refreshing, reliable, and can usually find it on sale at most stores and gas stations!

Not really my type of energy drink unfortunately. I do like the packaging and the slimness of the can. And I like that it is easy to find in the store. Otherwise it's just not my type of drink. I think it does have a good amount of energy inducing ingredients that really do pack a punch and do give you energy. So it definitely works. Just not sure how healthy it is to be drinking regularly. It smells sickly sweet which wasn’t my favorite but I was able to overlook it. This put some pep in my step and allowed me to get through the work day without crashing in the afternoon.

I love that it is a smaller portion in comparison to most energy drinks so I can take it with me in my work bag. The crisp taste of Red Bull had the perfect level of acidity to wake me up and all me to start my day!
