I don't drink energy drinks unless there is an occasion where I may need a little extra energy. These drinks should not be used as an alternative to your regular daily soft drink. This drink has a high caffeine and sugar content so if you over do your intake of any energy drink you may find it difficult to relax. I only drink Red Bull if I am doing any strenous exercise or need to concentrate on a task I am attempting to complete. In these situations I find that Red Bull really helps me achieve my goals by enhancing my physical and mental performances. The reason I tend to choose Red Bull over other energy drinks is I love the unique taste of the Red Bull original. The flavour is different and refreshing and I wish there were more occasions where I need an energy boost. You can safely drink one can of energy drink per day even if you do not need an energy boost. Moderation is the key and one drink daily won't cause any problems. However I wouldn't suggest drinking it before going to bed for the evening. It might be hard to sleep

Can't really say I'm a fan of fizzy drinks, but I received these for free so taste tested. I didn't really like the flavour and don't think I felt any more energised after drinking them either, so for me I wouldn't purchase them. Some suggested using them as mixers with spirits, but I didn't have any sprits in at home, so not sure how that would go. My husband quite liked them, so he drank the rest of the pack.

what can i say.... this is my go to drink. i have these before college, work etc and it always gives me that energy boost that i need!! the taste is perfect, the packaging is super cute and for the price, it manages to keep me somewhat awake for the remainder of the day!! i am OBSESSED!!!

I recommend this drink, which is less expensive than in stores. I love this drink, it's the only energy drink I take, for the taste (it tastes like a tagada strawberry). I've tried other drinks of the same type before, but either I didn't like the taste or it was too sweet!

The red-bull is incredibly tasty, and even after years of drinking it as if it were the only thing I drank at night save a can of soda, I can assure you that the flavor never fades. Unlike other energy drinks, such as Monster, which I've consumed in large quantities, this one retains its flavor. Everything, including food, would burn me out, but the taste of blueberry redbull never gets old. My mouth doesn't grow used to it, so every day when I wake up, I get to drink something new to my mouth. DELICIOUS! Not to mention how much energy it gives me! Thanks a lot, Red Bull!

Red Bull - it is ok and sure it could wake me up and keep me alert if i was still a a student needing to study but in my golden college years i much preferred mixing red bull with jaegermeister. Now i see Red Bull in a variety of flavors but i still think the original is a classic and doesn't need trendy fruit flavors to improve it.

I try not to drink Red Bulls often because I don't want to rely on energy drinks but this probably is the best in my opinion. The packaging is nice it taste good by itself and mixed with other beverages. It's not too expensive and it's easy to find. I just wouldn't get in the habit of drinking this too often because you will be bouncing off the walls
