I personally don't like the taste, too sweet for me. The packaging and look is very eye catching although I think the price is reasonable. I can't say whether it's effective I've never really seen a massive difference on the few occasions I've tried it, however with the ingredients list I should imagine it would definitely give some people the lift they require. I always buy the Apricot and Strawberry Red Bull because the flavor is AMAZING. It tastes very nostalgic, like some yogurt I had as a child. I can't get enough of this flavor!!! People say it's not good for you, but looking at the ingredients, it's already better than other brands, such as Celsius or Monster. I used to work at a nursing home and would have to get up at 5:00am for work. I could drink one of these and be set for the day! Seriously works great! Cheap too!

Best combo. Taste is great and it does gives you energy by just drinking one drink it's very effective I feel like I got more energy after I had this one drink a day. Quite high in caffeine but that will do if you have one drink. Price it's great can't fault it. Great drink
