I dont drink them all the time but they are perfect when you need a pick me up. Its got a great taste, lightly carbonated and only 110 cals. They give me the energy I need to go about my day, while also not giving me too intense of a caffeine rush or making me jittery. I'll be honest, the taste is not good, but it's tolerable and I am able to drink the whole can without difficulty. Unfortunately, Red Bulls are expensive and I consider them a luxury, but whenever I really need one, they seriously help me get through my day or crazy shift at work.

I wish I wasn't because I know they are not good for you. However, I cannot just drink the original flavor by itself. I do have to make an Italian bull.
