Unfortunately due to cost and heart palpitations I no longer consume them on a daily basis, however I do prefer it to a cup of coffee for energy here and there. The taste isn't for everyone, and it's a 50/50 on whether it's going to help or just give you jitters.

I can never finish an entire bottle of Red Bull they sell but I definitely appreciate the smaller 8oz ones. This is the energy drink you need when you’re feeling tired/sleepy and need a boost!
