I tossed it after taking a few ships which is why i do not have any pictures to post. It was way too sweet and had a funny smell to it. I couldn't finished it so i cannot say how it impacted my recovery or strength

Great for a quick pick me up drink or to drink in the morning instead of coffee. It comes in a can you can just dispose of it when finished great for on the go.

You can dress it up even more with a little flavoring if you want, but the original flavor is sooo good. I dont get much acid reflux with this drink like i do with other energy drinks which is great.
