It helps me focus and really give me the motivation to get the tasks that I've been needing to get done done. It gives me so much energy. I can get all the cleaning and laundry I need done that I've been putting off.

However, the flavor just isn't my favorite. Compared to the zero sugar version, the full sugar Red Bull has a noticeable aftertaste that I didn't loves them smell when you first open the can is also quite strong, which can be a bit off-putting. Overall, it works well for a quick energy boost, but I prefer the zero sugar option for a cleaner taste.

Red Bull is made with taurine and is lightly carbonated. There is 114 mg of caffeine in a 12 ounce can. Best when served ice cold. 140% niacin 350% vitamin B6 120% vitamin B 12. Can be found just about any convenient store in multiple different sizes.

It is carbonated but not too carbonated which could be irritating for some. The can size is 8.4 oz which is an easy amount to drink but you still get an energy kick out of it. I'm a mom to a toddler so I need all the caffeine and energy I can get. I think the price of Red Bull is affordable.

I think the regular version makes me way too jittery, which is why I only gave it 3 stars. The taste is familiar to anyone who has had a Red Bull before, so if you want something familiar it's a solid pick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] perfect little mid day caffeine boost. it has enough caffeine to give you that much needed extra energy, but not to the point where you start to feel jittery like i do with other energy drinks. it really helps me lock in when i have to study for a major test. also i love the flavor, sweet and little tangy and almost fruity.
