I drank the Red Bull at home to give me some energy to cook and do dishes. I was able to get what I needed done. I thought it had a good amount of caffeine and was not too much.

This energy drink has a great value despite being slightly more expensive than some alternative energy drinks. Red Bull energy drinks also come in aluminum cans, making them very easy to recycle.

The cans are small and perfect to take to work, enjoy in class, or sip on at home. The 4 stars in honestly due to flavor and macros. The flavor is a bit medicinal? I prefer a fruity flavored energy drink that makes me forget I'm drinking an energy drink if that makes sense. Additionally it's 110 calories and 27g of sugar which is kind of high. Obviously important for an energy boost but I would gravitate towards other products first

I specifically love the 8.5 oz size as it gives me a little boost of energy and is easy to take on the go. It's super crispy when cold and works great if mixing with other drinks.
