My favorite coffee

This coffee is a smooth tasting medium roast. I've tasted dozens of different pod types at this point and this is my #3 go to coffee. (Others are the Green Mountain Breakfast blend, and Starbucks Pike Place). Perfect coffee and well made pods. To the other reviewer complaining about the amount of coffee he is getting...that has nothing to do with the pod. The pod, obviously, does not control the amount of water.

Never, ever had a problem with mail order before. We use to get this coffee in our store and they discontinued it, so we had to use the mail order. I always wondered why, now i know. One of the boxes, the pods are so stale we can't even drink it. Doing some research i found that this coffee is being discontinued period. If you look at our purchases you can see we are big coffee drinkers. I'm pretty upset.

When I opened the box, every capsule was covered in a residue of coffee. It appears that one of the capsules was compromised during transport. So, while it is great to have a supply of K-cups, having to wipe each one before using is not what I had planned, and it is disappointing.

I thought I ordered decaf coffee for my wife, but was surprised and disappointed when I noted that regular coffee was received. I decided to give it a try - not my cup of tea (coffee). I typically use Columbia Select Fair Trade coffee pods and this taste this not appeal to me. I gave some away, but the balance will sit on my shelf or served to guests (whenever guests are allowed again).

Some background info to help you understand why I might not like Donut Shop medium extra bold: I am a huge fan of either a Dunkin Donuts or McDonalds type of coffee...not too incredibly strong or weak, but definitely not a Starbucks type brew like their Pike's Place signature roast (that stuff is a colon cleanse waiting to happen)...as you can tell, I'm not a fan of anything real strong and bold, and I would say that this is on the verge of tasting very similiar to a Starbucks type of regular coffee...if you want a strong coffee, then this is for you! I was shocked as to how strong and bitter this blend really is. Having asked my next door neighbor this evening what she thought about it, she absolutely loved the Donut shop blend...thought it was just AS good as Starbucks. Hope this helps you make your decision in case you're on the fence.

I had gotten a box of " cafa latte" I found out when I got home don't work in Keurig and I, called Keurig for some advise on my problem and he was so good he looked thru all their products and came up with one, that he said he was sure we'd like. So I bought a box, and the cafe latte was mine but I'm fighting everyone for the " Donut Shop" Chocolate glazed donut coffee it is the best I've ever tasted.

I LOVE coffee and use a wide variety of these keurig coffees. And I was surprised at how much I love this coffee system. I drink 5 to 8 cups of coffee a day, switching to decaf during the evening. This is one of my favorites. Not a big fan of flavored coffees.

This was my very first kcup ever and it is still my number one go too! This is a perfectly balanced, no bs cup of coffee. It's a happy medium, not to light and not to dark. I am a huge fan of the donut shop series! If you like something darker, but not crazy french roast dark, I highly recommend the donut shop dark!

This one isn't for the Starbuck's crowd who like that extra bite at the end of each sip. This is just a good, consistent, fresh tasting cup of coffee. Perfect choice for everyday brewing. Holds up well under larger 9.25 cup brewing as well. I've been drinking black coffee for about 25 years and I must say that this coffee tasted familiar to me from the very 1st taste. That is the hallmark of a coffee that you want every day.
