The Tully's French Roast is great coffee but it takes too long to receive it.  The product itself is delicious!

Takes a long time to get an order

I ordered (auto order) and delayed it. When it came time I got a thank you for the order and my credit card was debited. Fine but... No shipping confirmation. Waited two weeks and called. The agent had to reorder and THEN it was successfully delivered. Pretty lame.

Bad website

Being a fan of bold tasting coffee and a former user of an old-fashioned drip pot, I was pleased to find that Tully's French Roast is tasty but not bitter.  Others offer French Roast, and I have tried 4 or 5, but Tully's is my favorite.
