Being a fan of bold tasting coffee and a former user of an old-fashioned drip pot, I was pleased to find that Tully's French Roast is tasty but not bitter.  Others offer French Roast, and I have tried 4 or 5, but Tully's is my favorite.

Tully's French Roast has been on my monthly grocery list for over five years! Love this coffee! No bitter after taste. It has a bold, deep nutty flavor. The Decaf version is just as good for those night time cravings for a good cup of java!

SMOOTH BUT BOLD FLAVOR!

I have been drinking Tullys French Roast coffie for years!  Once in a while I stray and try something different only to regret that decision and return to Tullys French Roast Extra Bold. Thank You Tully!  Coyote

It Starts My Day

This is the best French Roast, and my go to brand.  It's bold enough to satisfy my coffee taste, but not bitter like some.  All it needs is a spot of cream and I'm all set.  Usually I drink it hot.  Sometimes I make a 16 oz. with my Keurig in a 2 cup measure, let it cool a bit, then pour it over ice.  Delicious.Bold enough to hold up to the ice without tasting watered down.  Great coffee.

Best French Roast out there

I have tried a number of dark roast coffees, and Tully's is the best...deep, rich flavor.
Their decaf is also excellent.

I can not believe the smooth taste of this. I have a strong setting on my Keurig and didn't need to use it. This coffee is bold enough without it.

I discovered Tully French Roast several years ago and cant find anything better. I have occasionally tried another coffee but i have never found any better.

Truly extra bold coffee

For a French Roast I think this is a very versatile blend. I normally only like a hint of smokiness. That means I lean toward the medium roasts mostly but I gave this a try and I am very pleased. Strong but very smooth. Just good in my opinion.

Best Dark Roast

Well, the truth is that--on a whim--I tried the Keurig Tully's French Roast PODS when I bought my new Keurig mini and was literally transported back to any cafe in Paris.  I LOVE THEM & thought to look for the bagged coffee.  It's good but somehow doesn't have that "oompf" I got from the Pods--but as I like SERIOUSLY STRONG coffee, I would certainly recommend it and will continue buying online since the bags of ground coffee are impossible to find in the SoCal area!  Thank you.

I ordered (auto order) and delayed it. When it came time I got a thank you for the order and my credit card was debited. Fine but... No shipping confirmation. Waited two weeks and called. The agent had to reorder and THEN it was successfully delivered. Pretty lame.
