This shampoo not only left my hair feeling really clean, but also pretty moisturizer. When I rinsed it out my hair didn't feel dry and stiff. It also has some really great ingredients like, keratin, caviar extract, and coconut oil, so I know it's going to be great for my dry color treated hair. Lastly, the smell is soo AMAZING and stays even after air drying for some time. I was a little annoyed that the cap had popped open during shipment and I lost about 3-4 washes though. So maybe they could seal it somehow? Disclaimer: I did receive a full size product for my honest and unbiased review.

Prior to using Nexxus shampoo, my hair was dry, somewhat frizzy, and dull looking. After using the product, my hair looked shinier than ever before. It gave my hair volume and lift. The frizzy locks I had smoothed out and were soft and lustrous. The Nexxus shampoo bottle was a simple design and was easy to use when washing my hair. The scent of the shampoo was enjoyable and smellled tropical, and the island scents stayed within my hair for hours. Best of all the overall health of my hair was better after using Nexxus for a week. I will be switching my shampoo brand on my next trip to the store. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nexxus Therappe Ultimate Moisture Shampoo is truly moisturizing. I stripped red out of my hair and then lifted it with an ultra blonde. If you know anything about this process, you know how damaging this can be to your hair. As a result, my hair felt wiry and dry. After I used Nexxus Therappe Ultimate Moisture Shampoo, my hair felt a hundred times better and I had not even conditioned it yet. Oh, and BTW, I love the smell!

Sometimes when I use a well formulated serious moisturizing conditioner (I have long hair and need it from about the jaw line down), if I skip washing my hair for 1 or 2 days, my scalp gets really oily. Two days after using Humectress I was getting shiny but not even close to like I have experienced with other moisturizing conditioners.

I used it with the matching shampoo you are supposed to use with it. I left the product on no longer than 5 minutes. It was easy to rinse out & my hair is so soft & smells great! I love it!

I also haven't used Nexxus in over a decade and when I did it was on my non-chemically treated hair so I was pretty excited to give this formula a try. This line is intended for normal to dry hair (mine is on the dry side since the perm), feature caviar complex and elastin protein, and contain coconut oil. These left my hair feeling silky and bouncy. This leaves my hair moisturized without feeling weighed down and does a great job of reducing my initial after wash frizz.

I had a lot of damage to my hair before using this shampoo and after only a few washes with this shampoo, I can tell a major difference in my hair. It has more shine, and not as brittle as it was before, this shampoo is great. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
