It doesn't weigh down my hair and leaves it very full -- I only use this on the tips of my hair and not the scalp. Combing my hair after using this is so easy. There is also a nice soft fragrance that's not overpowering.

I am 51 years old, have longer fine curly hair that I blow dry and straighten every day. Even though I have oily skin, I tried this moisture conditioner because my thin treated hair can get dry very easily. I have tried just about every salon conditioner there is, and this product has been one of the best at keeping my hair healthy, shiny, and not dry. As soon as I rinse my hair and apply this conditioner I can feel how it conditions my hair. I have also tried several of the other Nexxus conditioners and I like all of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner has a more subtle, generic smell than it's shampoo counterpart. Unfortunately I found it just as drying as the shampoo, and did not feel it did anything to combat the dryness that sometimes comes with the cleansing shampoo process. I applied it generously to my ends as I often get split ends and it did nothing to make them feel smoother or look healthier.

Silly me. I knew something was different about my Humectress but didn't know the formula had been changed until today. I wondered why it wasn't stopping my fly away and static electricity any more, the way it used to. Now I know the formula isn't the same and it explains everything. I've used Humectress for at least 15 years, and it was always wonderful. The new formula stinks in more ways than one. Long hair gets static electricity with all the hot appliances. Humectress does not control it anymore with the new formula like the old one did. It's sad; you ruined a good thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair is super frizzy, tangly, dry and unmanageable. With this conditioner, it transformed! As soon as I stepped out of the shower, i cold feel the difference - less tangles when combing through, super soft to the touch - and it stayed that way even after drying. Definitely one of my all-time favorites, if not the best I've tried. The super thick, rich white lather smells really good, and doesn't leave much residue on you or your hair.

Don't change a good thing! This has been my conditioner for years... long hair that tangles easily. I am willing to spend extra for a good product. What on earth were you thinking? I hope you change it back soon. If so, make it known on website so we know we can start using it again!

I love humectress, but NOT for it's intended use. I dilute it with water by half and use it as a spray leave in conditioner. It helps keep my curls nice and shiny and protects against humidity. Honestly though I don't like it as an in-shower conditioner, it just doesn't get the job done and my hair is unruly after it's rinsed out. I have below bra strap length curly/wavy (depending on the day) untreated hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smell! It has a scent that sort of reminds me of bubblegum. My hair is wavy and the ends are dry. I usually fight to wet comb my hair. After using Humectress, the comb glided through my hair. No tangled ends. This is my new favorite!

For some reason no other product can stand next to this one! Because it is a little more expensive than most the products you would find in a drug store I am always trying new conditioners to find one that is as good as this one but I always come back to this product. I can actually see the difference in my hair when I use it. My hair is softer, shiner, and healthier!

I have been using Humectress Conditioner exclusively for at least 20 years. I have long thick course hair and it has always been the best product to detangle my hair. I made the mistake one time of forgetting my Humectress when I went on vacation...it took me 1/2 hour to completely comb through my hair! It always made my hair smooth and tangle free...but no more!!! I bought my usual bottle of Humectress at Costco and the next day when I used it I couldn't comb through my hair! I thought maybe it was a fluke but the next hair wash the same thing happened. I gave it a third try and used more product but had the same issue. I am sad that the formula has changed because this was the best conditioner!!! I used to recommend it to everyone! I just went out and bought something else...not as good as the old Humectress but way better than this new formula.
