I've been using nexus since the 90's. This new formula stinks and makes my hair dry and feel like straw. Had to switch to aveda. You should not have changed it!

Add me to the list of people who used Humectress for over 20 years. What a disappointment now - the new formula might as well be a generic conditioner. Sadly I will have to find something else to use. I wish you had not changed the formula.

This conditioner provided deep hydration to my dry hair, leaving it soft and nourished. The scent is incredible—I loved how fresh my hair smelled afterward. IIt contains elastin protein and green caviar, which make it even more beneficial.

I have used Humectress for many years & I am so very disappointed in the new caviar complex. It drys your hair out & smells like glue! After 10+ years I am changing products!

Like others, I'm an avid fan for the older Humectress conditioner. It was more moisturizing and gave a more shiny finish than the newer version. The newer version also doesn't leave a long-lasting scent like the older version of the Humectress.

I loved Humectress for years; however, Nexxus has recently changed the formula and added Denatured Alcohol, which dries hair (and skin) out. Please, Nexxus, go back to the previous formula so I can buy it again.

My family owned a cosmetology academy for 30 years and this shampoo and conditioner has always been a go back to regardless of cost its definitely worth... YOU ARE WORTH IT !!"

I have used Humectress for years (it seems like 20+.) I have never found anything I like as well. The "new" formula is awful. I will have to find another product if the old formula is not made available again.

The change of formula for humectress has ruined the experience from a 25 year user of this product. It has a much stronger smell to it. I used it as a leave in product to control fly away hair, just a dab. Currently looking for another product.

The old humectress kept my curly hair moisturized and easier to style. I used it daily for 25 years. The new stinkin formula makes my hair look terrible. I really need my old conditioner back. Bring it back, please!
