This new formula is awful. Just awful and unusable. My hair is in knots after using it. Like a rat's nest. Then my hair gets super dry and then turns into static as the day goes on. I've never had such poor results from a hair product.

Humectress used to be the best conditioner I ever used. Now with the new ingredients it is one of the worst. Nexxus please go back to the original formula or you will lose a lot of loyal customers.

I've been using nexus since the 90's. This new formula stinks and makes my hair dry and feel like straw. Had to switch to aveda. You should not have changed it!

The hair color I use can dry out my hair. So, the box comes with a special tube of conditioner. It's good but it's SOOO small! I've been looking for a really good conditioner that would match it. Nexxus is perfect!

Tooo much perfume, couldn't rinse it out of my hair or wash it off my hands, wondered why you changed the cap from gray to black. Have used this conditoner for 20 years. Will be looking for something else. You distroyed a wonderful product!

I used Humectress for at least 15 years, but I quit using it after you changed the formula. It doesnt give me healthy looking hair any longer. Please return to the old formula. Why fix something that isnt broke?

Like others, I'm an avid fan for the older Humectress conditioner. It was more moisturizing and gave a more shiny finish than the newer version. The newer version also doesn't leave a long-lasting scent like the older version of the Humectress.

This product has an amazing smell, the consistency is so thick and creamy it moistures the hair extremely well. My hair felt smooth and shiny for a WEEK after first use! I have been using this product for 3 months now and I can 100% say the change in my hair is DRAMATICALLY noticeable and I have never received so many compliments until now!

Started using this product about a year ago and it did make my hair very soft and smooth however I noticed my hair started falling out way more than usual and I developed an itchy scalp and white heads on the back of my neck near my hair line. It took me a while to realize that it was this product that was doing it. After switching to a different product all those symptoms went away within 1 week. I will never use this product or this brand ever again! I have never had a bad reaction to any product before in my entire life like I had to this one.
