This new formula is awful. Just awful and unusable. My hair is in knots after using it. Like a rat's nest. Then my hair gets super dry and then turns into static as the day goes on. I've never had such poor results from a hair product.

This is the best conditioner I have ever used it's even better than Wen cleaning conditioner. It leaves your hair feeling silky smooth and smells great.

The change of formula for humectress has ruined the experience from a 25 year user of this product. It has a much stronger smell to it. I used it as a leave in product to control fly away hair, just a dab. Currently looking for another product.

I used Humectress for at least 15 years, but I quit using it after you changed the formula. It doesnt give me healthy looking hair any longer. Please return to the old formula. Why fix something that isnt broke?

I got the impression this was going to give me that moisturizing feeling even during application, but it's dryer than the regular equate Walmart brand. Super disappointing. Would not not not recommend 🙄

The old humectress kept my curly hair moisturized and easier to style. I used it daily for 25 years. The new stinkin formula makes my hair look terrible. I really need my old conditioner back. Bring it back, please!

I used this for about a month. Noticed my hair was always crunchy and felt weighed down. I would even take longer showers trying to rinse everything out. Didn't work. One day with my previous shampoo and I couldn't have been happier to have my hair back!

This is the ONLY conditioner that leaves my hair manageable and smooth. I love the scent, but more importantly, I love how healthy and shiny humectress makes my coarse, dry hair. (I live in a dry climate and have been using this product since I was a young girl in the 80s! Anything else pales in comparison.

Started using this product about a year ago and it did make my hair very soft and smooth however I noticed my hair started falling out way more than usual and I developed an itchy scalp and white heads on the back of my neck near my hair line. It took me a while to realize that it was this product that was doing it. After switching to a different product all those symptoms went away within 1 week. I will never use this product or this brand ever again! I have never had a bad reaction to any product before in my entire life like I had to this one.
