[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved this conditioner! It made my hair feel great and clean. I definitely would recommend it!

I have been using the original Nexxus Humectress for over 30 years but will no longer do so since the formula has changed for the worse. Please bring back the original formula.

I loved Humectress for years; however, Nexxus has recently changed the formula and added Denatured Alcohol, which dries hair (and skin) out. Please, Nexxus, go back to the previous formula so I can buy it again.

Why did you change a perfectly good product? This "caviar" conditioner makes my scalp itch terribly. Please bring back your classic Humectress product that works.

Please return to the leave-on conditioner product, I loved it and used it for years. I do not like the smell of the new product and I definitely do not like the fact that you have to rinse it off.

I just read the back of the new bottle. Leave in 3 minutes and rinse. This is why my hair is so limp and dull. Humectress has always been a leave in conditioner. Now what do I do?

I prefer the old formula over this new caviar complex formula. This one leaves my hair limp and I can feel the residue. I have been a faithful customer for over a decade. I would prefer staying one. I will not find a system that comes close.

For my dry relaxed over-processed hair, this is the best product out there. Leaves my hair smooth shiny and bouncy. I get tons of compliments on my hair everyday!

I also was disappointed with the "new" version. I love the scent of the old, but more importantly, I loved the old conditioner for the way it helped my hair. Glad I am not the only one to feel this way about the "new" product.

I have been using this product for over 20 years. With the new version my hair doesn't feel as soft and the curl doesn't stay in. My hair feels oily. Please bring back the old Humectress I loved it!!
