It's sulfate free and is thick and luxurious. It doesn't take too much to clean my long hair. I haven't noticed it fading my color either. I hurt my neck and had to take a round of steroids....as a result my hair fell out and the texture became brittle and dull. I started using this conditioner and shampoo and within a few washes noticed a softening of my hair and an increase in its overall health...a few months later and my new hairs are finally starting to restore to its original thickness. Love this stuff....so does my family of 4. Husband loves it too!

No disappointment with the ultimate moisture shampoo, as it actually does what it says. My dry and dull (damaged from to much coloring) came back to life. If you know anything about this process, you know how damaging this can be to your hair. As a result, my hair felt wiry and dry. After I used Nexxus Therappe Ultimate Moisture Shampoo, my hair felt a hundred times better and I had not even conditioned it yet. Oh, and BTW, I love the smell!

The shampoo is thick, silky, and foams easily in the hair. It has a pleasant, high-end coconut smell. Rinsing was easy and I could already tell that my hair was smoother after just the wash. I've used a lot of shampoo types and many do nothing to help my fine, color-treated hair. Nexxus Therappe Ultimate Moisture Shampoo left my hair feeling smooth even after I dried and straightened it.

The only problem I had with the Nexxus Therappe Ultimate Moisture Shampoo was the smell. It had a funny smell. But I used the shampoo and just used a little extra conditioner to cancel out the smell of the shampoo.

I loved the smell. Usually when I wash my hair with other shampoos my hair feels like wet straw. I washed my hair with the Nexxus shampoo and that didn't happen. It felt moisturized like I had used conditioner. It's silicone free and contains caviar complex and concentrated pure elastin protein. All in all my I used it a few times and my hair felt amazing each time. I cannot recommend this shampoo enough. I will be buying it.
