This shampoo first of all has a weird consistency, more like a silicone base. You have to use sooo much shampoo to feel like your hair is clean. After a few days of using I started noticing the dandruff. I thought it would maybe be just an adjustment for my hair but it has been getting worse! A friend had the same thing happen and we have completely different hair types. Wish I could get my money back

I have used Color Assure for years and just got this new bottle. Have you changed formulas or was there a mixup? My hair feels dirty like I forgot to wash my hair in the shower or like I didn't wash the conditioner out (and I didn't use conditioner).

I thought my hair was just frizzy and never going to change. I've tried so many different brands and after using this for a week, I finally found one I plan to stick with. My hair is so much smoother and softer. I don't have a bunch of flyaways all over anymore and it smells super good! I can't speak yet on how well it retains color but hoping it does.

Very good for coloured hair. Non greasy and leaves hair soft,shiny and manageable. Beautiful smelling shampoo highly recommend to any hair type

What happened to the old version?! I loved it! The new one makes my hair greasy and weighed down. How can I get some of the old stuff??

I have used color assure for years and now you added white orchid extract which I am allergic to.....I would like to find the old product

Since the formula changed, it no longer works for me. I have been using this product for many years, but will now have to find something new. So Sad.

I was thinking of buying this shampoo and conditioner until I saw the ingredients. It contains DMDM Hydantoin which causes hair loss. No thank you.
