I was using the Color Assure-Radiant Color Care and just ran out. I loved how it made my hair look. My tangles went away and my hair was straight and shiny after blow-drying. I went to buy another bottle and all I could find was Color Assure-Color Vibrancy System-White Orchid Extract. I tried it and it is not the same! My hair feels dull and heavy-like, it's as if I haven't washed it in days. Snarls are back. I am totally unhappy with this product. I just looked on the website and there is no contact telephone number to find out if Nexxus has discontinued the Radiant Color Care product.

I have used Nexxus products before and have been happy with them, however this product was disappointing! I used the Color Assure Shampoo and conditioner for the first time today, and it left my hair greasy and heavy. I felt as though I had a film on my hair. Please note also, that I have very dry hair! Definitely wasted my money on these bottles of product! The only positive is the fragrance.

I had read reviews that were so-so on this product but I find it to be a wonderful product. I am a shampoo nut. I try everything and my neighbors love me because I give away ones that don't impress me. Well this one was a keeper. My hair is color treated blonde. Usually when I shampoo every 2-3 days my hair feels dry until I add conditioner as a second step. Well this shampoo didn't make my hair feel like a desert. The initial lather was not great but I almost always lather 2 times because they do at salons. The second lather was luxurious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Nexxus Restoring shampoo/conditioner combo for almost a month now and have notice a major difference in the overall look of my hair. My color is vibrant and my hair feels so soft and easy to manage. I can usually tell immediately if a conditioner is for me judging by how easily it combs out in the shower. This conditioner passed with flying colors! It works really well and i will most certainly be replenishing it once this bottle finishes!

I used Color Assure Shampoo for years, that's all. I bought the new formula and could tell just while lathering something was wrong. When I styled my hair it was SO dry. My hair was so beautiful with this formula and now I look like a dried up old hag! This past weekend I found a bottle of the old formula and like a miracle from heaven my hair looked absolutely gorgeous again. I now just want to cry because I just want my beautiful hair back and know it's only temporary. I was always willing to pay whatever the cost because it just did the job. Please, please, please bring back the old formula. Unfortunately until you do so I will NEVER buy Nexxus again.

I really wanted to like this conditioner. Ive used humectess for years, but i color my hair so figured i switch to this in hopes of extening my color. After using this product a few days i realized that my hair was looking dull and felt a bit greasy and ive usually have shiny hair. Im so disappointed. Not sure if ill go back to humectress, since im looking for something specifically for color treated hair.

I've been using the color assure for several years. The new formula in the pink bottle is leaving a coating on my scalp and hair. I thought I wasn't rincing well enough so I took extra care to do so and still had the same problem! So bad that when I run my fingers through my hair I can feel it on my fingers... Gross!

Do not purchase this product, I will be returning if they allow me to! I purchased this product thinking, "Nexxus is a good brand!" After coloring my hair professionally for the 1st time, I wanted to make sure I got the "good stuff ". After the first wash I knew something was off, but thought well maybe my hair isn't used to this new shampoo. After using a total of three times (every other day) my hair was left greasy/waxy and looked terrible. I finally looked at reviews and saw I was not the only one! I'm hoping this awfulness will wash out and I will not use again!

THE WORST shampoo I have ever used. It feels smooth when my hair is wet, but during and after I blow dry my hair feels like I didn't even wash it. It feels like I haven't washed my hair in days, or like there is some sort of coating on it. I would like a refund.

However, in doing so, i always neglect the longevity of my color which is quite frustrating. Nexxus Rebalancing Shampoo has become a wonderful addition to my hair washing routine. I notice my color is more vibrant and shiny lately. I purposely began testing this after getting my color done. It's been almost a month and my color is not dull at all. I love how it makes my hair feel so clean and soft. I will definitely replenish when this shampoo runs out because i think it really works to prolong my color as well as add the shine i so look for in a shampoo/conditioner combo.
