[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited trying out a new Nexxus product and a shampoo for colored hair was perfect to try after I got my hair bleached and toned. I've tried this shampoo, followed by the conditioner for 4 days and I have to say there's some disappointment there. My hair tends to look a bit on the greasier side by night and it didn't seem to hold the toned color. The smell is great don't get me wrong! My hair also does feel super soft, so I'm conflicted, but maybe I have to use it some more to get more effect. Thank you Influenster and Nexxus for my free sample of Nexxus to make me feel exxtra beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I don't have colored hair, it is bleached. And I have a hard time finding shampoo that doesn't get sucked right up, weighing down my hair. This shampoo was lightweight and even after several washes I never felt like there was buildup. Plus, it smells fantastic.

Seems that it helped get the dye out of my hair better than regular shampoo and seems to be holding the color very well so far. It smells amazing!

I have blonde color treated hair so I personally won't keep this as my main shampoo, as a purple shampoo works better for me. But I will keep it in rotation and use when my blonde starts to get dingy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this complimentary to review. Unlike it's shampoo partner, this is not curly girl friendly. Does that mean it's bad for curly hair? Definitely not, but if you're looking to cut silicones, sulfates, etc. this isn't the best bet. That said: I love the scent of this, still the same as its shampoo counterpart. It's very much like a posh salon without being overbearing. I used it more as a deep conditioner, about 5 times now, and I like the results. Definitely soft, shiny hair that's had less fading. It doesn't weigh down my thick curly hair either. I do find I go through a lot though, I have a lot of hair, but I imagine I'd finish this a good twice or three times over before I finished the shampoo.

It made it very bright and shiny and also smooth. Smells great too. I wasn't used to using a shampoo that didn't lather a lot so keep that in mind that it takes more effort scrubbing your scalp to get a good clean.

This smells so good! It's light and has a hint of floral which I am typically not a fan of but they definitely did it right with this one. I have really thick curly has so I did have to shampoo 3 times. But my hair felt super clean after the 3rd go round.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fan of the Humectress conditioner and deep conditioner, so I thought that the Color Assure conditioner would be just as good. Unfortunately, this product felt watered down, cheap, and didn't feel like it improved the condition of my hair after use. I have fine, color-treated, and chemically straightened caucasian hair, so conditioning is a must. I would use this conditioner as a last resort, but I won't be purchasing the product anytime soon.

This shampoo is a great product. It cleans the hair really well and takes out the dirt while still helping the color stay in. Not great for curly hair, so I would recommend using two types of shampoo for each wash. Overall, it smells great and would definitely buy it again!
