I've been using Ms. Dash since she came out back in the early eighties. I love the blend of seasonings without the salt. I've always been health conscious.

I really use this every meal. I used to grab the salt because what I was eating needed something more. When the doctor said to restrict sodium, I started trying Mrs. Dash products. This is my favorite.

For the past year I have been watching my sodium intake. This is the perfect spice to use to add flavor to your food without the salt. I don't know what I would do without it.

I have been using this seasoning for a very long time, I especially love it in my salads. I’ve purchased a couple of this brands other flavors as well, but this one is a must have in my pantry. It’s pretty good on just about everything.

great blend of spices, useful as an all around seasoning, no salt makes it especially useful, expensive though for the amount you get, still worth it.
