Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning, 10 oz.

My husband is a diabetic who recently had stents put in his heart. He can't eat salt. He loves salt...he has tried numerous flavors of the Mrs. Dash and this is his favorite

I really use this every meal.  I used to grab the salt because what I was eating needed something more.  When the doctor said to restrict sodium, I started trying Mrs. Dash products.  This is my favorite.

I've been using Ms. Dash since she came out back in the early eighties.  I love the blend of seasonings without the salt.  I've always been health conscious.

Healthy addition to spice up meat and vegetables.

Great value

Not Very Flavorable.  Purchased as I was just put on a salt-free diet.  This seasoning did not provide any flavor and thus not a good substitute for salt. Could have just used other seasonings I already had in my pantry.

Not Very Flavorable

This has become one of my go-to spice blends. I really enjoy garlic and onion in my food and the other herbs add a nice touch. Highly recommend this blend.
