Good Seasoning

Great seasoning! It really does take the place of salt. You really don't need any other seasonings when you use Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb. It even smells great when your food is cooking.

Lots of flavor. Great for low-sodium diets. Can be used on just about anything. Deducted a star as I’m not a fan of the coarse consistency. I always end up grinding it to make it more to my liking.

This is a very tasty and healthy way to spice up your food without adding salt. I have been using it on my breakfast eggs, vegetables, etc. Good blend without having to guess how much of what herbs. Take the worry out of getting too much of something and throw off the balance.

This is by far one of the best salt free seasonings. I am trying to incorporate more herbs and spices into my cooking while slowly decreasing salt content in order to go completely salt free. This does the trick. I literally put this on most foods and it always tastes good.

This is one of the best blends available. And when you factor in the fact that it's salt free, it makes it even better. The original is great as well, but the 'garlic & herb' is a good change of pace. It combines many seasonings into one convenient shaker. We buy this over and over again.

The "new and improved " addition is red pepper bits. For people with acid reflux or gerds, the addition of capsaicin, is not acceptable. No one wants more heartburn. Bring back the original and add a spicy garlic and herb for those who can tolerate it.

Hi, I am such a diehard fan of this, and grab a big container anytime I can! Recipe calls for garlic powder? Mrs Dash! Making garlic bread? Mrs Dash! My go to spice! I shouldn’t be writing this as it was unavailable for shipping from Sam’s for awhile but that just shows how great this is
