It was a good snack and give them a little boost to push through to the finish. Everyone was pleased with the taste and portion size. We will be making this a staple in our adventure snacks.

I love that there aren't too many preservative or junk added. Kind bars have always been my go to snack and I feel good offering them to my child.

I felt full for at-least 3/4 hours after eating one. Kept my blood sugars in check & hit that sweet craving we all get at some point in the day while remaining healthy.

It's very filling as well as satisfying! I also love that these are gluten & soy free. I don't feel like I'm having to force myself to eat something healthy because they taste so good, so that is definitely a plus for me!
