The flavor and texture is good, and both of them would prefer this to a candy bar, so that is a win. It's a good choice if you are just looking for a small snack with decent ingredients, just be prepared for your kids to want two.

It is thin but soft and chewy and a good little snack. There aren’t any crazy ingredients in the bars which is good and I like that they aren’t loaded with sugar. Will be buying these again.

The kids ones are low in calories so they're great to hold me over when I need something filling but I'm also craving something sweet.
