Was hoping for a healthier alternative for a snack bar for my kid that would still appeal flavor-wise, but this definitely did not fit. I'd say this is more of an adult-enjoyed item, but even then, I wasn't impressed with the overall flavor of it. Was pretty boring.

Like the original Kind Bar, the protein bars are full of nuts and therefore have a really satisfying crunch. I also like the Kind Bars are less processed than other bars you see in grocery stores. The peanut butter variety has a nice peanut butter flavor as well.

A 14 pack lasts me more than a week so it's a great deal for me. The flavors are well balanced and i love the crunch as well. Hits the spot after a workout or when I'm on the go and don't have time to eat a meal.

It is crunchy, and I like that type of texture, so that was fine. It needed more flavor, though. Also, it did not feel "dry" while you were eating the bar, but afterwards, I had to drink a ton of water. I was not impressed with that flavor and would not recommend it.
