Packed full of peanuts and perfect for a snack between meals and/or for dessert. Comes packed with 8gm of protein, and all the ingredients I know by name. Only 250 cal per bar. A great pick-me-up for those long days.

I like that one bar is 12 grams of protein and low in sodium and sugar. Overall, these are good protein bars for a healthy snack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't yet found a Kind Bar that I haven't liked. My favorite is the peanut butter one because no one flavor sticks out and it's very balanced. I did leave mine in the car mid day during the summer and it reacted but once cooled, it was easy to reshape. The flavor cannot be beat and it satisfies my desire to have a snack on the go. Highly recommend.

She'll eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if she could. Honestly, I think they're good too, and I don't mind that my daughter is enjoying a lot of something that's good for her, instead of candy bars.

The downside for me is that there is a fair amount of sugar. But I would say no more than most other granola bars. They are a good snack to take on the go, but be mindful of super hot days because the chocolate does melt.
